Marlin Camp is our senior aquatics camp suitable for children aged 8 plus and who are comfortable swimming at least 100m. Marlin weeks are packed full of exciting activities, many of which are only available to higher age groups. As the culmination of our holiday aquatic camp program, it’s one of Le Mourier’s most enduringly popular offerings and has a strong focus on improving campers’ swimming skills, technique and stamina within the 25 metre pool. 

Campers will find this increase in their swimming ability put to good use throughout the week. They will use these skills to find new and exciting ways to enjoy the water through various challenging activities led by our Le Mourier Senior Instructors, and under their expert guidance campers will also gain invaluable experience and knowledge of how to safely enjoy the open water environments so close on our doorstep. 

A week on Marlin is truly an experience never forgotten and it’s no wonder we so many returning faces each year!

Our 5 day Marlin Camp includes the following activities (just to name a few!):    

• 1 Hour Swimming & 1 Hour Aquatic Activities each morning. Equivalent to an entire term’s worth of tuition in a single week! 
• Swimming Sessions teaching technique, stamina and lifesaving (swimmers must be able to swim 100m+ confidently) 
• A trip aboard one of Le Mourier’s ‘state of the art’ fleet of Charter/training RIBS to exciting coastal locations around Jersey! 
• Pool & Open Water Snorkelling  

• Poolside Diving Tuition 
• Paddle Boarding in the Pool 
• Waterpolo 
• Visits to some of Jersey’s less well-known but most beautiful places for walks and exploring 
• Open water swimming 

• Kayaking with Jersey Kayak Adventures 
• Beach Activities 
• Coasteering and MegaSup activities
